Items are always in production. If the one you like is not available at the moment, send a note (via Contact page) and let us know what item you like. We’ll get back to you and let you know its status.

For standard designs: If it’s a design that we currently offer, orders are generally processed within 5-7 business days. We ship via USPS. Once the order is mailed out, you can keep track of it via a USPS tracking number. Sometimes packages are delayed in transit. For custom designs: Once you place your order, we will reach out to you via email. You’ll receive a simple questionnaire that will help us know which memories and/or milestones we can capture in your customized Artoid! Choose 3, 5, 7 or 9 items/ideas to include in your Artoid. Prices are tiered accordingly. Once we receive your responses, we’ll ink the design. Your order will generally be processed within 10-15 business days.

For standard designs: If the order has not shipped yet and you changed your mind, kindly send us an email and we will cancel your order. For custom designs: The order must be canceled within 24 hours after submitting your questionnaire.

The designs will be similar, but each item is hand drawn so designs may vary. Some of the material is recycled which adds the uniqueness and personality of each piece. We aim to capture the essence of the city, neighborhood, destination, and the memories. Joy in a tin for the win!

Yes, we can customize an Artoid that captures your memories and milestones. And we are open to suggestions. For example, we have a handful of cities that are represented and we’ll be adding more to the line. Send us a note and we’ll see what we can do!
